Welcome to Mul. By accessing or purchasing from mulmenswear.com (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms.

1. About us

Mul. is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom selling genuine surplus and end-of-season designer menswear (including brands such as Folk and Percival), brand new with tags, at reduced prices.

2. Products & “RRP” pricing

All items are genuine, brand new with tags unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are an independent outlet and are not affiliated with, or an official stockist of, the brands we sell. Any “RRP” (recommended retail price) shown is the brand's published or original recommended retail price and is provided for comparison only; the discount shown reflects the difference between that RRP and our price. We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Pricing & availability

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We sell limited, often single-unit stock, so availability can change quickly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we'll issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Mul. and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mul. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
