Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
- With all original tags still attached (every item we sell is brand new with tags)
- In their original packaging where applicable
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before getting in touch — returns sent without contacting us first can't be processed.
Return postage
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
- If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once it's confirmed.
Your statutory rights
As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty goods. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
