Are the items genuine?

Yes — every piece is authentic and new with tags. We source carefully and check each item by hand before listing it. If you ever have a concern about a piece, contact us and we'll put it right.

Why are they so much cheaper than retail?

We buy end-of-season and overstock pieces well and pass the saving on. The original retail price is shown on every product, with a line through it, so you can see exactly what you're saving. It's the same garment — just not at full price.

Are these new or second-hand?

New. Unworn, with original tags attached. The condition is noted on every listing.

What condition will my item arrive in?

New with tags, exactly as described. We photograph and check each piece before it's listed.

Do sizes run true?

Folk and Percival generally cut true to size with a relaxed, easy fit. Each product page notes the available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us and we'll advise.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 2–4 working days after that. UK delivery is free on orders over £100. See Delivery & Returns for full details.

Can I return something?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Will you get more stock?

We add new pieces regularly. Quantities are limited and often one-of-a-kind in a size, so if something catches your eye it's worth not waiting. Join our mailing list to hear when new pieces land.
