Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom. Any available international destinations and their rates will be shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery options & cost
- Free UK delivery on orders over £100.
- For orders under £100, delivery is charged at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- We send all UK orders on a tracked service. Estimated delivery is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch, though this can vary at busy periods.
Tracking
A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Wrong address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
