Delivery
We ship across the UK. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- Free UK standard delivery on orders over £100.
- Standard UK delivery on orders under £100: a flat fee shown at checkout.
- You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your find. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags still attached — exactly as they arrived.
- Email us via the contact page to let us know your order number and we'll guide you through the return.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item, usually within 3–5 working days.
Because many pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind, we're not always able to offer a direct exchange — the quickest route is to return for a refund and reorder the size you need while it's in stock.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
